From identifying a problem, design thinking is basically a process of ideation to creation of solutions to issues, good designer should always be looking for feedback and opportunities to iterate. For the most part, organizations that do the work to build a positive culture will reap the benefits and increasing employee engagement is a big part of that.

Developing an inventory of skills, talents and capabilities to compare your future needs with your current depth in each area, workplace design refers to the process of designing and organizing a workplace to optimize worker performance and safety.
